The Marketing Director will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, loyalty programs and large scale customer events across Worldpac. With 6+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing impactful B2B marketing strategies, organizing high-quality events, and fostering customer engagement. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to drive brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance Worldpac’s brand presence and customer engagement.
    • Manage an enterprise customer loyalty program, driving enrollment and engagement through business leaders and multiple service providers   
    • Oversee digital, content, and traditional marketing campaigns to align with company goals and initiatives.
  • Event Planning & Management
    • Lead the planning and execution of customer events, including trade shows, product launches, training workshops, and appreciation events.
    • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of all customer-facing programs.
    • Develop post-event evaluations to measure impact and gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
    • Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and events using KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event planning and customer engagement.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus.

Pay Range

USD $131,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
