Overview

Worldpac, a leading provider of automotive parts, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. This role will be instrumental in the administration, support, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline HR processes, ensure data integrity, and maximize the system’s capabilities to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Workday HCM platform, providing guidance and support to users.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Workday security roles and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Lead or participate in system updates, upgrades, and new module implementations.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the Workday system.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Stay informed about Workday’s new features and functionalities, recommending their adoption as appropriate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday business processes and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience with Workday implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.

Pay Range

USD $66,500.00 - USD $89,000.00 /Yr.
