The Sales Promotion and Content Manager at Worldpac is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and optimize content delivery across various platforms. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, finance, pricing & inventory management, to develop and create impactful campaigns that align with company goals.
This position is based at our Oak Brook, IL Corporate office.
Promotion Planning and Strategy
Strategize and implement promotions based on defined categories, supplier-specific campaigns, regional/targeted promotions, industry events & more
Create detailed promotional calendars that align with company sales goals, product launch schedules, and seasonal trends.
Coordinate cross-channel promotional activities to ensure a unified and impactful customer experience.
Develop and present clear and concise reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable campaign insights to inform future marketing strategies
Digital & Integrated Marketing
Develop and execute targeted campaigns within our proprietary ecommerce platform speedDIAL to boost product visibility and increase sales.
Strategically deploy advertising across relevant trade publications and digital platforms to maximize reach, generate leads, and reinforce Worldpac's position as a market leader.
Create and launch email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and website management.
Update & maintain customer-facing websites: Worldpac and Autopart International as well as exclusive brand websites
Provide in-depth analysis of campaign performance, website traffic, and customer behavior, identifying key trends and opportunities for optimization.
Supply comprehensive support for podcast production and distribution, including content planning, recording, editing, and platform management.
Customer Experience & Voice
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring positive customer experiences across all touchpoints and channels.
Analyze customer journey maps and identify pain points, recommending solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Contribute to the design and improvement of user interfaces and user experiences across digital platforms.
