• Lead and manage the Oracle support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and system optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and maintain business continuity
• Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures
• Manage relationships with vendor and ensure effective problem resolution
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle database and application support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related technologies
• Relevant certifications (Oracle Certified Professional) highly desirable
