Overview

• Assist in managing and overseeing the Oracle support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and system optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle database application problems, maintaining business continuity
• Stay current on Oracle technologies, patches, and updates, insuring timely implementation to maintain system integrity
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Communicate technical issues and updates to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle database and application support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related technologies
• Relevant certifications (Oracle Certified Professional) are highly desirable

Pay Range

USD $83,000.00 - USD $111,000.00 /Yr.
