Position Overview: The Director, Total Rewards to lead and oversee the company’s compensation, benefits, and payroll functions across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation strategy, benefits administration, payroll operations, and HR analytics. This is a senior and strategic leader in the Human Resources function and in the company.
