Overview

The Manager, Corporate Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of World Pac’s warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide strategic leadership in managing corporate facility operations, including building maintenance, security, and business continuity planning. 

  • Develop and oversee facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency. 

  • Lead and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high service standards for maintenance, security, HVAC, cleaning, and landscaping. 

  • Establish and enforce policies for preventative maintenance, workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance. 

  • Direct facility-related projects, including office renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. 

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity and optimize facility performance. 

  • Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leaders to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building operation and workplace safety regulations. 

  • Champion sustainability initiatives and drive energy-efficient practices within corporate facilities. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize office space utilization, enhancing workplace efficiency and employee experience. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate facility management, real estate operations, or a related field. 

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive operational improvements. 

  • Strong expertise in building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. 

  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification. 

  • Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management. 

  • Background in managing corporate office environments and multi-site facilities. 

Pay Range

USD $66,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
