The Manager, Corporate Facilities is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of World Pac’s warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in managing corporate facility operations, including building maintenance, security, and business continuity planning.
Develop and oversee facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency.
Lead and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high service standards for maintenance, security, HVAC, cleaning, and landscaping.
Establish and enforce policies for preventative maintenance, workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Direct facility-related projects, including office renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity and optimize facility performance.
Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leaders to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building operation and workplace safety regulations.
Champion sustainability initiatives and drive energy-efficient practices within corporate facilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize office space utilization, enhancing workplace efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in corporate facility management, real estate operations, or a related field.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.
Strong expertise in building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification.
Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy management.
Background in managing corporate office environments and multi-site facilities.
