Overview

In this role you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support to champion a best-in-class automotive aftermarket experience. Your focus will be on deeply understanding and advocating for enhanced member benefits, driving efficiency through improved sales processes and systems, managing key vendor relationships, and analyzing subprogram engagement to optimize member behavior and overall sales impact. You will also contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing operational excellence initiatives and generate insightful reports and trend analyses to identify key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Customer Focus: 

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our loyalty program, including its benefits, functionalities, and customer use cases, serving as the primary product expert for internal teams and customers. 
  • Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborating closely with sales and support teams to identify key product needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive loyalty offerings, and potential innovative enhancements to our program. 

Program Operations & Vendor Management:  

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, ensuring seamless execution of program benefits and functionalities. 
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with all internal and external partners and vendors critical to the loyalty program's success. 
  • Oversee the processes for member enrollment, cancellation, and reporting on subprogram engagement. 
  • Manage the generation and analysis of nationwide and labor claim reporting related to the loyalty program. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all internal and external reporting related to the program's performance and member activity. 

Product Lifecycle Support & Sales Enablement:  

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams to provide comprehensive support for product launches, including the creation of clear and concise product documentation, effective training materials, and helpful FAQs. 
  • Empower the sales team by providing them with the necessary training, tools, and knowledge to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the loyalty program to customers. 
  • Partner with the product development team to relay valuable customer feedback, proactively propose impactful feature improvements, and actively participate in the testing and validation of new features and updates. 

Performance Analysis & Troubleshooting: 

  • Diligently track key product performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, program usage rates, and feature adoption, leveraging data to inform future product decisions and strategic program adjustments. 
  • Provide essential assistance with Salesforce troubleshooting related to the loyalty program, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. 
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor account information within Salesforce. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (required) 

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, merchandising, sales, agency or retail environment 

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program or product management 

  • Automotive aftermarket knowledge a plus 

 

Skills 

  • Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI for data-driven insights 

  • Experienced with product management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities 

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills 

  • Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills 

  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines 

  • Effective and adaptable in fast-paced environments 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range

USD $66,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
