In this role you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support to champion a best-in-class automotive aftermarket experience. Your focus will be on deeply understanding and advocating for enhanced member benefits, driving efficiency through improved sales processes and systems, managing key vendor relationships, and analyzing subprogram engagement to optimize member behavior and overall sales impact. You will also contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing operational excellence initiatives and generate insightful reports and trend analyses to identify key performance indicators.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (required)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, merchandising, sales, agency or retail environment
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program or product management
Automotive aftermarket knowledge a plus
Skills
Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI for data-driven insights
Experienced with product management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills
Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
